Head to the Village

Located off the main parkway, shoppers can’t miss The Village Shops, home to more than 25 boutiques and restaurants in Gatlinburg. The area features an Old World style with red-brick sidewalks, benches, and landscaping that transport shoppers to another time.

Retailers sell everything from outdoor apparel and equipment to pottery, jewelry and specialty foods. The Village Shops ranks as a top place to shop year-round, however guests can’t miss it during the holiday season when Christmas comes alive.

Meet Locals at Mountain Mall

Gatlinburg Mountain Mall ranks as one of the top Gatlinburg malls as well as one of the largest in the area. This indoor shopping venue houses a collection of stores, all with their own themes.

Shoppers can browse handmade goodies, quilts, artwork, clothing and leather goods, and more. While strolling through the mall, stop by Ogle’s General Store, which has been in operation since 1910. The mall has six levels and welcome guests year-round.

Ride and Shop at Ober

The Shops at Ober begin downtown in Tramway Mall and continue at the top of the mountain. Visitors can shop, ride the aerial tramway up the mountain, and then shop some more. Guests find a dozen stores selling everything from brand names to Great Smoky Mountain souvenirs made by the local arts and craft community.
