Ride Palm Springs Aerial Tramway
Take the tram up to nearly 9,000 feet, and see incredible views of Chino Canyon. This 10-minute ride travels 2.5 miles and is an ideal couple activity before or after a romantic dinner. Peaks Restaurant is one of the top in the area, and offers locally prepared dishes and amazing views at 8,500 feet.

Spend a day learning about living plants and animals from the world’s desert landscapes. One of the area’s top attractions, The Living Desert, doubles as a zoo and garden. Animal lovers can see exhibits ranging from birds to mammals to reptiles, and the non-profit’s mission is to conserve, protect and educate. The gardens feature more than 1,400 different species of plants and flowers native to the desert.
