Tootsie’s brings its Nashville heritage to Panama City Beach, featuring live music from Nashville artists. The renowned honky tonk is open for lunch and dinner, and has music until 3 a.m. Guests under 21 are allowed in Tootsie’s from 6 to 8 p.m., but must be accompanied by an parent or guardian.
